Terms of service

Phoneflex lets members rent phone numbers and use supported calling, messaging, notification, transcription, and integration features. Availability and capabilities vary by country, number type, carrier, device, and applicable rules.

We may change, add, or remove features when needed to operate, secure, or improve the service.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, and all activity under your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account or rented number has been accessed without permission.

You may use Phoneflex only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service for harassment, fraud, spam, threats, impersonation, unlawful interception, or any activity that violates privacy, telecommunications, consumer protection, or other applicable law.

You must obtain any notice or consent required for call recording, transcription, monitoring, or processing another person’s communications.

Phoneflex is prepaid. Rental and usage charges are deducted from your available balance. You are responsible for keeping enough funds available for the services you choose to use.

Amounts already consumed by rentals, calls, messages, or other usage are non-refundable. Any other refund request is handled under applicable law and the payment terms shown when funds are added.

A rental gives you the right to use a number through Phoneflex during the paid period. It does not transfer legal ownership of the number or guarantee that a carrier will keep the number available indefinitely.

If a rental expires or a number is released, access ends and the number may be reassigned. Renew before expiry if you need continued access.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address suspected unlawful use, abuse, security risks, unpaid charges, carrier requirements, or a breach of these terms.

You may stop using Phoneflex at any time. Ending an account does not reverse charges that have already been consumed or obligations that arose before termination.

Phone and messaging services depend on networks, carriers, devices, and internet connections that we do not fully control. To the extent permitted by law, Phoneflex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice before changes take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the Phoneflex service provider and your relationship with it, without overriding any consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
